4. Who we share data with
We share personal data with third parties only as needed to operate the Services: form processing (Web3Forms delivers sign-up submissions to our inbox); payments (Stripe); analytics and advertising (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, set only per your cookie choices; these providers process data under their own policies); auction houses, transport, title, and export partners (only the information necessary to source, bid on, purchase, and deliver vehicles on your behalf); professional advisers and authorities (where required by law, e.g. customs or sanctions authorities).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for such purposes. Service providers receiving personal data may use it only to deliver their service to us and not for their own marketing, analytics, or other independent purposes.
5. SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in on our sign-up form, Dessant Transport Inc uses it to send customer-care SMS messages only — for example, replies to your enquiries and messages about your account, verification, consultation scheduling, and the status of your bids, deposits, purchases, and deliveries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary, on average 1–2 messages per month.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. The mobile phone numbers and SMS consent we collect for text messaging are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Terms & Conditions for full SMS program terms.
6. Email marketing
We send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect service emails about your account or transactions.
7. Cookies
The Site uses: essential cookies (required for the Site to function); analytics cookies (Google Analytics, for traffic and usage measurement); advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, for ad measurement). Where the law requires consent (e.g. EU/UK), analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via . You can also control cookies in your browser; disabling some may affect Site functionality.

12. Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided data, contact dt@dessant.com and we will delete it.
